I have been having a little trouble with nausea when I hit the four to five hour mark, plus I've been getting a lot of swelling in my fingers, even on shorter (2-3 hour) runs. So I decided on some
Salt Stick electrolyte caps and some
Gin Gins ginger chews. I'll have to give then a whirl on my next long run.
Now who wants to go for a long run with me?
