Here comes Sapper Joe

I'm signed up for Sapper Joe 30k on August 24th, which is coming right up.  So I decided I should go look at the course profile.  I can't imagine I signed up for this race without looking at the race course, but I sure don't remember all that uphill!  It looks like I'm in for quite a treat. The gain is approximately 3,700' according to the website.  It's a good thing I like to climb hills!  Sadly, Katherine was supposed to run it with me, but isn't going to be able to.  I'm sure I'll have a great time.  Climbing up new mountains at the crack of dawn is right up my alley.
