It is a wonderful day indeed! I ran, and it felt great! My only complaint: it's damn cold outside! I'm just not ready for 39ยบ! Brrr Thanks to my running buddy, Meghan for meeting me at 5:30am this morning and getting in the miles with our pups. It's always great to chat with friends, but even better getting back out there and feeling good!
