I've been doing some hiking with just a touch of running, since my right ITB still isn't one hundred percent. Bells Canyon is lovely, and very close. I really should go there more often. Although is much rather be running, it's still nice to get into the mountains.
What's up with that? I'd forgotten about this junk yard/trailer park style lot on the side of the mountain. Ha!
