Shhh, don't tell anyone, Neffs Canyon is beautiful!  It was steep and rocky, but oh so very much fun!

Lake Mountain Love

Today Katherine and I went on a new adventure.  We met up with a group of folks known as Wasatch Mountain Wranglers in Sarratoga Springs to climb Lake Mountain.  It is rather steep and over 2,700' climb in just over 4 miles, making it nearly 8.5 miles round trip.  It was a beautiful and frosty cold morning.  The snow was deep and the footing difficult and slow going, but we were in good company and enjoyed the crisp winter morning.  

On our way out.  The flat white below the clouds in the distance is Utah Lake.
