I'm writing this down for my own benefit. So that later, when I can bench press 100 pounds I'll be able to look back and say, "Oh how cute! Look! I used to bench press 65 pounds!"

Squats 45#X4 sets of 10-12
Bench press 45#X1, 55#X1, 60#X1, 65#X2 sets of 10
Pull ups X5 sets of 8-10
Leg curls 45#X1, 50#X2, 55#X1, 60#X1 sets of 10-12
Upright rows 25#X4 sets of 10
Barbell bicep curls 25#X4 sets of 10
Barbell shrugs 65#X4 sets of 12
Tricep rope pull downs 4 sets of 10-12
