And so it begins again! This week is the official start of my training. I made this before I left for Florida so last week's mileage here isn't correct, but you get the picture. I may scale back on this a bit. It's from the book Relentless Forward Progress. The author suggests if you don't want quite as much mileage you can drop a shorter run, cut back weekday runs, or trade one weekday run with cross training. I'm very flexible, so I'll just go with the flow. But I like having a plan to base my training on. Bring on 50K #2!
