While that number seems absurdly low, I'm trying to maintain my "low mileage winter" pledge so I can come back in Spring stronger and ready to tackle a killer race season. However, the Buffalo Run is only two months away, so I suppose I'd better work on increasing that number just a hair. Slowly, slowly...
